New culinary address in la Defense…

As part of the Oxygen program, a restaurant will open in collaboration with the Michelin Star chef.

The Paris Trade Exchange renovation project is an 18-month project that will transform the former 19th-century Halle au Blé (corn exchange) into a contemporary art museum blending cultural heritage and modernity.

Son, grandson and great grandson of great chefs in love with gastronomy, Michel Rostang has been pursuing this family adventure for more than 30 years and moved to La Défense in 2019 as part of the Oxygen program in front of the Neuilly bridge and Île de la Jatte.

Octopus is a modern brewery and cocktail bar resulting from the collaboration between La Maison Rostang (2 Michelin stars) and the Liquid Corp group, founded by Thomas Crand and Alexis Poirson, also at the head of Moonshiner, Dirty Dick and Bluebird bars.

Oxygen is also built around a large after-work bar, an event and festive space covering more than 300 square metres, and catering brands: 100% organic burgers, a tailor-made salad bar with seasonal products and a pizzeria restaurant in the spirit of a trattoria.
