With a panoramic view of the sea, Hotel Monte-Carlo Beach cultivates its old-fashioned charm. Revisited by the famous India Mahdavi in 2009, the place invites contemplation. In his restaurant, the well known Elsa, the Italian chef Paolo Sari unveils delicate dishes, the flavours of the sea. We savour a 100% organic cuisine to fall in a setting with bluish reflections….

The true taste of beautiful things has taken root here. He succeeded in winning the bet for a starred table, now identified by gourmets in search of healthy pleasures as the first 100% organic restaurant certified Ecocert. Switching between Menton and Italy, the light cuisine of Elsa restaurant is perfumed with the air of the hills. It is true that the four-hectare vegetable garden is there, very close by, on the side of the mountain.
